Custom Order Policies

Custom Orders

The weight of metals provided in our official quotation is only an approximation. The cost for the actual weight of metals of the finished order will be reflected in the final invoice.

The quotation sent to your email is only valid for fifteen (15) days or until the gemstones/metals are in stock.

Our lead time is 6-8 weeks from the date of order confirmation.

Order Confirmation

We confirm orders once we receive a 50% downpayment. The client's downpayment also serves as approval of all custom order details provided in the official quotation.

Order Changes

• Client will shoulder additional fees when last minute changes are to be made to their order. Types of order details that will incur additional fees when changed last minute are:

  • Size

  • Width, thickness and shape

  • Type of metal

  • Type of gemstone

  • Type of setting 

  • Color of gold plating

  • Inner band engravings

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made within five (5) days after confirming your order. A full refund will then be processed within (5) business days. 

Delivery and Shipping Fees

You will receive a notification via email once your orders are done and are ready for delivery.

Shipping fees will be shouldered by the client.

Ninja Van shipping fees:

Metro Manila (2-3 working days) - PhP80

Provincal (3-7 working days) - PhP150

The client may also arrange a same-day pick up of their order.
